Boonzaak is a necessity, so a tempeh made from beans from the Ark of Taste formed the first food product of the fruitslagersFrom our Test Kitchen, we are continuing to build the first regenerative wholesaler. Here, we process crops and by-products into food products straight from the landscape. With these flavor bases, you make every dish luxurious: fermented hot sauces, aged vinegars, and ferments. This assortment is constantly evolving under the influence of our growers and the seasons. Eat your landscape!
