Voorjaarssalade

Spring is here! Pick (a small amount of) wild garlic, score young spinach and the first shoots of greens at the organic market for a seasonal salad. Make a vinaigrette to go with it using Dune Caviar and Elder & Szechuan vinegar.

• 4 tbsp (olive) oil
• 2 tbsp Elder & Szechuan vinegar
• 1 tbsp honey (or Roze Bunker syrup)
• 2 tbsp Dune caviar

Preparation:

• Put all ingredients in a small jar or saucer.
• Shake or mix
• Pour over the spring salad or a tasty spring vegetable
