Working in the kitchen of the Fruitslagers en Cul Sec Resto.Bar.Wine Garden
In the spring of 2026, it opened. Cul Sec, the resto.bar.wine garden of the @fruitslagers, her doors again.
Our restaurant is the stage where everything comes together: the syrups of @rozebunker, alcohol-free wines from @culsec.domaine, tempeh of @boonzaak, vinegars, hot sauces and new products from our test kitchen.
With this menu, we show how you can eat and drink in a way that restores the landscape. And we are far from finished.
With a small team, you ensure the kitchen runs smoothly. You cook and serve a menu directly connected to our cultivation partners: food forests, arable farmers, and farmers from the region (eat your landscape!).
Additionally, during the season, you process products from trees, shrubs, and the land, for the rest of the year or directly into the products of FruitslagersIn this role, you will work together with the production team of Fruitslagers.
