Smoked Lime Spritz

Smoked Lime Mezcal has a unique character, with vanilla notes from local weeds and a balanced smoky flavor. Combine this with a non-alcoholic sparkling wine and you have a fantastic Spritz.

• 1 part Smoked Lime
• 2 parts sparkling water
• Share 2 Balade Minérale

Preparation:

• Fill a wine glass with ice cubes
• Pour the Balade Minerale and the sparkling water over it
• Top off with Smoked Lime
• Garnish with a slice of lime if desired
