Wilde Mojito

This mojito is wild, skinny, and regeneratively grown. Let's toast to that!

• 0,5 part Wilde IJsthee
• 0,5 part Skinny Verbena
• Share 2 Woody Reed Lands
• 1 part lime juice or wild herb vinegar
• 4 parts sparkling water
• lots of coin
  
  
  Preparation
• Place all ingredients except the sparkling water in a cocktail shaker
• Add a handful of ice cubes to the shaker
• Shake it up!
• Pour the mocktail through a sieve into an ice-cold glass with (crushed) ice.
• Top off with sparkling water
• Garnish with some leftover mint if desired
