Foraged <0,5% rum type. Wandering through the reed land, the fruitslagers local, sweet Dutch herbs. Preserved in oak and blended with infusions and distilled spices from The Good Spice, they form eand alcohol-free rum alternative with a kick. Content: 500ml 

Herb and wood infusion (water, oak, pearwood, angelica, cascara, gentian, cocoa, cinnamon, Szechuan, allspice, bird's-eye pepper, cloves), black pepper tincture (glycerin, water, black pepper), erythirol, honey, alcohol tincture (water, alcohol, oak, ginger, bird's-eye pepper, orange peel, vanilla, tonka, cascara), acid: ascorbic acid, succinic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, xanthan gum
Black pepper and bird's-eye chili peppers provide the spice in this rum. Oak and pearwood create a strong base on the palate, supported by bitters from aquatic plants like angelica and gentian. Dutch honey, cinnamon, and cloves add a warm sweetness.



Field Guide replaces alcohol by using various infusion and distillation techniques with foraged herbs and spices. With the profits, we maintain the natural environment where we find these herbs, or we support regenerative farmers who grow these crops. We'll take you on a journey through the landscape with our field guide of flavor, from sweet, cloying reed beds to dry, aromatic coniferous forests.
