Biodiverse Dutch Iced Tea Syrup. You look so sourly at that monoculture! The fruitslagers We're committed to biodiversity and therefore grow plants and herbs together with local growers. This is better for insects, meadow birds, and healthy soil, but also for us. With this regenerative mix of local herbs, the fruitslagers A completely Dutch iced tea. You drink, we sow!
Herbal infusion (water, fir (abies fraseri), chamomile, lemon balm, angelica, bay leaf, mint, hops, wormwood, nettle), sugar, apple juice, natural vinegar, acid: citric acid, salt.
Mix 1 part Wilde IJsthee with 7 parts tap water (sparkling) for a glass of soft drink as a solution or combine with Field Guide spirits for a fresh mocktail.
Alfalfa with its green matcha, spruce full of citrus notes and chamomile for a floral finish. Mint, hops, plantain, elderflower, blackberry leaf and yarrow: with these bitter, floral, woody aromas, the fruitslagers a flavor composition of valuable fields. That tastes like a wilde ijsthee greens.
