Floral and slightly sparkling. Based on a naturally fermented vinegar. Picked and foraged in food forests and in collaboration with regenerative agriculture projects. Perfect in a dressing, as a deglaze, or as a funky aperitif. Content: 350ml  *We're currently in a bottle exchange. You might receive a long-neck bottle or the new short-neck one.
