Floral and slightly sparkling. Based on a naturally fermented vinegar. Picked and foraged in food forests and in collaboration with regenerative agriculture projects. Perfect in a dressing, as a deglaze, or as a funky aperitif. Content: 350ml   
White wine vinegar, elderflower, Szechuan leaf
Floral elderberry combined with the mild spiciness and citrus notes of Szechuan leaf.
