Cul Sec Souris sous la Rhubarbe Full of earthy and floral rhubarb, slightly sparkling and dry. Made with Bacchus grapes and oak-aged grape must, lacto-fermented tomatoes, and fresh rhubarb juice, blackcurrant leaf tincture, and aromatic chokeberry.

Ingredients

Souris sous la RhubarbeCarbonated drink: Bacchus grape juice, water infusion (water, oak, grape skins, blackcurrant leaf, rose, clover, rhubarb root), water, rhubarb juice, lacto-fermented tomato, kombucha, water kefir, chokeberry juice, alcohol tincture (water, alcohol, fig leaf, blackcurrant leaf, rose), acidulants: succinic acid.

Lady Rhubarb: herbal infusion (water, fig leaf, blackcurrant leaf), sugar, 30% rhubarb juice, 1.5% choke juice, acidifier: citric acid, salt.

Preparation

Mix 1 part Lady Rhubarb with 7 parts tap water for a glass of soda as a solution or combine with Field Guide spirits for a fresh mocktail.

Serve Souris sous la Rhubarbe Chilled in your favorite wine glass. Refrigerate after opening. Enjoy within 5 days. Cheers!
