The best of both worlds. Combine artisanal caramel with North Sea dulse seaweed, and an explosive syrup flows from the kettle. Delicious in a captivating chocolate mousse, with your ice cream, or in an Asian dressing. This bottle contains 690ml of syrup.  
Caramel and dulse infusion (water, sugar, 0.4% dulse), sugar, salt.
Salty umami with soft caramel.
Seaweed is easy to grow, doesn't require agricultural land or freshwater, and absorbs CO2. An ingredient that deserves a platform! fruitslagers do it for with this Noordzee Karamel syrup.
