Foraged <0,5% gin type. On a misty spring day we harvest six varieties of spruce and cedar wood. Combined with a distillate of juniper berry and oyster shell infusion, they provide eand alcohol-free gin alternative full of character, perfect for any gin cocktail. Content: 500ml
Juniper berry hydrolate, infusion of herbs and wood (water, cedarwood, fir, lime, calamus, bird's-eye pepper), seawater, oyster shell infusion (water, OYSTERSHELL), alcohol tincture (water, alcohol, cedarwood, Douglas fir, abies fraseri, blackberry leaf, fennel, juniper berry), juniper berry oil, acids: glucono-delta-lactone, succinic acid, malic acid, citric acid. Preservatives: potassium sorbate, xanthan gum.
Spruce, pine, cedar, and juniper reveal the flavors of the landscape. Underpinned by an oyster shell solution, they create a refreshing combination of citrus and minerals. Juniper berry lends the recognizable flavor of gin, while calamus adds bitterness and dryness. Rawit peppers provide an alcoholic kick.
Field Guide replaces alcohol by using various infusion and distillation techniques with foraged herbs and spices. With the profits, we maintain the natural environment where we find these herbs, or we support regenerative farmers who grow these crops. We'll take you on a journey through the landscape with our field guide of flavor, from sweet, cloying reed beds to dry, aromatic coniferous forests.
