Rescued Ginger – Madame Jeanette Syrup. Madame Jeanette is not to be messed with. This feisty lady thinks the food system could use a kick up the arse. And the fruitslagers Couldn't agree more! Using discarded ginger as a base, they started brewing. From mountains of ginger rose a fiery soft drink. Afterward, the remaining pulp still finds its way into the powerful Madame Gember hot sauce from Fruitslagers. Donate Madame Gember in the bright sun as a circular ginger beer, in the moonlight as an exciting Mule cocktail. Madame Gember: spicy stuff!    
Fruit and herb infusion (water, 17% ginger, lime peel, 1.3% madame jeanette, turmeric, purple carrot, lime leaf, spices), sugar, lemon juice, vinegar, acid: citric acid, salt.
Mix 1 part Madame Gember with 7 parts tap water (sparkling) for a glass of soft drink as a solution or combine with Field Guide spirits for a fresh mocktail.
Mountains of ginger, soothed by crisp lime and lemon. Lime leaf, cloves, and turmeric: Madame asks for spice!
