An umami-rich seasoning with salty citrus notes. A shoyu of Made with our Low Lemon from the food forest: the Japanese quince. The quince is grown in collaboration with Schevichoven. Together with our local shoyu made from Dutch beans, this ponzu is the perfect dressing, sauce, or condiment for your sushi, rice dish, or spring roll.

Ingredients

Ornamental quince brine, Japanese ornamental quince vinegar, water, shoyu (pearl barley koji, brewer's yeast, lemon bean, sea salt), invert sugar, sea salt. Allergens: contains gluten (from shoyu).
