NEW in the Roze Bunker family! Rahubarb fig leaf syrup. Fruitslagers Growing together with the farmer. Food miles can be counted on a few hands, unsprayed crops. Soil happy, fruitslagers pleased! Serve as a refreshing sparkling rhubarb soda or use for an elegant mocktail. 
Ingredients: herbal infusion (water, fig leaf, blackcurrant leaf), sugar, 30% rhubarb juice, 1.5% aronia juice, acidifier: citric acid, salt.
Mix 1 part Lady Rhubarb with 7 parts tap water for a glass of soda as a solution or combine with Field Guide spirits for a fresh mocktail.
Minerally fresh rhubarb with intoxicating almond notes of fig leaf and floral blackcurrant leaf.
Rhubarb from Verduijn Arable Farming in Zeewolde, blackcurrant leaves from Schevichoven in Leersum, and fig leaves from the Fruitproeverij food forest in the Betuwe. Soil happy, fruitslagers pleased!
