With these 500 grams of Frisian forest beans or Krombek scrub, you can get cooking yourself.
Frisian Forest Bean: Creamy, slightly salty bean, perfect as a carrier in winter dishes.
Krombek beans: Soft, creamy flavour with even a hint of saltiness.
The Frisian forest beans come from Jan Steverink from Silvolde and the Smak family from Lutjewinkel.
North Holland White Krombek Bean is one of the few white bean varieties left in the Netherlands. This creamy white bean is usually grown in the northern part of North Holland and has a beautiful kidney-like shape.
Boonzaak Brings biodiversity back to the plate and lets you taste how delicious local beans are. Beans from the Ark of Taste play the leading role in the tempeh. BoonzaakBeans are also natural nitrogen fixers.
