You don't have to look far for flavor. After these hazelnuts are pressed for their nut oil by our neighbors – Veld 4 in Zoelen – we infuse the pulp into a powerful syrup. Use it to flavor your coffee, in a Mocha Martini, or add a fun twist to your breakfast. This bottle contains 690ml of syrup.

Melissa and Beer from Veld 4 are true pioneers and have been cultivating and processing walnuts and hazelnuts for years. They are exploring the best ways to maximize mechanical harvesting and processing, so that cultivation can expand in the Netherlands. They press their hazelnuts for oil themselves. We use the remaining pulp for this syrup!
