Ingredients

Infusion of herbs and plants (spruce (abies fraseri), gentian, wormwood, calamus root, chamomile, verbena, fig leaf, elderflower), sugar, acid: citric acid.

Preparation

Mix 1 part Foraged Tonic with 7 parts (sparkling) tap water for a glass of aperitif as a solution or combine with Field Guide spirits for a fresh mocktail.
