Dragon Sour aperitif syrup Estragon Sour is the ultimate alternative to a spicy sour. Low in sugar, no alcohol, and a positive impact on the planet. This bottle pushes the boundaries of your beverage arsenal and can also be used as a non-alcoholic pairing. Dragon lays a heady blanket of aniseed notes on your tongue and chases away your cravings for alcohol. The acidic base of unripe grapes and live vinegar is a powerful weapon against sugars. Estragon Sour will suffice in any adult liquor cabinet and is your best friend for an evening of non-alcoholic cocktails.
Infusion of fruit and herbs (water, grape, 2% tarragon, fir (abies fraseri), fennel seed, hops, lavender), sugar, lemon juice, 4,5% tarragon vinegar, acidifier: citric acid, salt.
Mix 1 part Estragon Sour with 7 parts (sparkling) tap water for a glass of aperitif as a solution or combine with Field Guide spirits for a fresh mocktail.
Fresh, tart, spicy, and dry. A non-alcoholic alternative in its own right!
Tarragon grown in a logical manner is transformed by the fruit butcher into non-spirit, enriched with unripe grapes from the growers of Cul Sec and lavender, spruce and hops from the food forest.
