Eat and drink your landscape! This is the complete story of the Fruitslagers In one package. Everything we forage, process, and restore in collaboration with food forests and regenerative growers. From soil to plate and from forest to glass. In this package, you taste what we stand for. Cul Sec Balade Minérale is our alcohol-free alternative to natural wine, made from unripe grapes by biodynamic winemaker Simon Haag. Roze Bunker's Lady Rhubarb combines regeneratively grown rhubarb with fig leaf and blackcurrant leaf from the food forest. And our condiments and wilde azijnen to show how we use every part of a plant: fruit, leaf, branch: nothing goes to waste. This package contains:
  • Cul Sec Balade Minerale <0,5% white
  • Roze Bunker Lady Rhubarb 340ml
  • Black Bessenleaf Oil
  • Magnolia Vinegar
  • BloesemHunter's Honey
  • Dune caviar
