Ingredients

Infusion of fruit and herbs (water, quince, chamomile, fig leaf), sugar, carrot juice, 5% sea buckthorn juice, 4.5% sea buckthorn vinegar, kombucha, Japanese quince, grape, acidity regulator: citric acid, salt.

Preparation

Mix 1 part Sea Buckthorn Paradise with 7 parts (sparkling) tap water for a glass of Soft Drink as a Solution. Or combine with Field Guide spirits for a tropical mocktail.

Taste

Sunny-acidic and fruity-tropical, with vanilla notes of fig leaf and soft floral chamomile.
