Drink your landscape! With this tasting of Fruitslagers With drinks, you bring the landscape to the table. Pour soft drinks or aperitifs with the Roze Bunker syrups, make a non-alcoholic cocktail with Field Guide and toast with Cul SecFlavors from the food forest let you taste what an (eco)logical farm and shelf can look like. Ingredients

Balade Minérale – carbonated drink: mixture of Müller-Thurgau and Bacchus grape juice, water infusion (water, grape skins, oak, oyster shells, Douglas fir, pine, rose, lavender), water, water kefir, lactic acid fermented grapes, rhubarb and parsnip, apple cider vinegar, alcohol tincture (water, alcohol, blackcurrant leaf, dulse, sugar kelp), food acids: succinic acid, citric acid.

Rouge en Voiture – carbonated drink: mix of Pinot Noir, Kékfrancos and Dornfelder grape juice, water infusion (water, oak, grape skins, blackcurrant leaf, hibiscus, pine, birch leaf, rhubarb root, bay leaf, lavender), water, chokeberry juice, redcurrant juice, apple cider vinegar, lactic acid fermented blackcurrants, blackberries, beetroot and peach, kombucha, alcohol tincture (water, alcohol, spruce tips, kelp, truffle), food acids: succinic acid.

Salt Marsh Peat – infusion of herbs and wood (water, oak, lapsang, carob, gentian), smoked pepper tincture (glycerin, water, smoked peat, black pepper), seawater, alcohol tincture (water, alcohol, tonka, oak, vanilla, carob, kombu, dulse), food acids: ascorbic acid, succinic acid, preservatives: potassium sorbate, xanthan gum.

Wilde IJsthee – herbal infusion (water, spruce (Abies fraseri), chamomile, lemon balm, angelica, bay leaf, mint, hops, wormwood, nettle), sugar, apple juice, natural vinegar, food acid: citric acid, salt.

Bitter Bloed – infusion of fruit and herbs (water, grapefruit, orange, oak wood, gentian root, calamus root, purple carrot), sugar, 10% blood orange juice, acidity regulator: citric acid, salt.

Preparation
