In collaboration with Huiberts Organic Flower Bulbs, a grower who has indeed switched to organic cultivation, Dorstige TulpTo allow the bulb to grow, the flowers are topped, leaving them perfectly brimming with flavor! This way, we add value to a residual flow and, together with the organic farmer, we're supporting the sustainability of our national symbol. Ingredients

Infusion of herbs and fruit (water, 2% tulip, strawberry, red pepper, bay leaf), sugar, tulip vinegar, acid: citric acid.

Preparation

Mix 1 part Dorstige Tulp with 7 parts (sparkling) tap water for a glass of aperitif as a solution or combine with Field Guide spirits for a fresh mocktail.

Taste

A floral tulip syrup with a hint of spicy laurel and a touch of strawberry.
