Local Pear Mint Syrup. My Lord Peer, pleased to meet you! Always found among the Gieser Wildeman standard pear trees in the Betuwe orchards. Short supply chains, you know the drill! Dhr. Peer is an ode to the culinary heritage of the Netherlands, a pear country. This spicy juice, pressed by local partner Mobipers, tastes anything but old-fashioned. Dhr. Peer replaces apple or pear juice and is so layered that young and old can enjoy it. 
Infusion of herbs (water, 3% mint), sugar, 33% pear juice, acid: citric acid.
Mix 1 part Mr. Peer syrup with 7 parts (sparkling) tap water for a glass of soda as a solution. Mix with Field Guide for a refreshing mocktail. Tip: Salt Marsh Peaty Pear!
Along with soft pear and cooling mint, you'll taste a splash of real apple cider vinegar. That makes Mr. Peer juicy and exciting!
There's so much more to pears! Traditional high-stem pear trees from the Betuwe region provide the most delicious flavor. Dhr. Peer. It is the fruitslagers It's a real pleasure to work with Zalig Fruit Zoelen. The fresh mint comes from the Lingehout food forest in the Betuwe region.
