Drink your landscape! A silky-smooth green flavor explosion. Matcha – but from a wild local landscape. Good for an iced matcha latte and planting forests. Fruitslagers Pick the young leaves of the mulberry, birch, linden, and hawthorn from the food forest in early spring. The leaves are then silky soft and deliciously aromatic. Foam it up nicely, and then we will continue planting trees.
