Fresh and dry with a sea breeze. A mineral-rich terroir with a light sparkle. Made from organic Müller-Thurgau and Bacchus grapes, enriched with oyster shells, lacto-fermented rhubarb, verjuice, dulse, Douglas fir, and oak. Content: 690ml
Carbonated drink: mixture of Muller-Thurgau and Bacchus grape juice, water infusion (water, grape skins, oak, oyster shells, Douglas fir, pine, rose, lavender), water, water kefir, lacto-fermented grapes, rhubarb and parsnip, apple cider vinegar, alcohol tincture (water, alcohol, blackcurrant leaf, dulse, sugar kelp), acidifiers: succinic acid, citric acid.
Serve chilled in your favorite wine glass.
Refrigerate after opening. Consume within 5 days. Cheers!
