Mineral Martini

We use the mineral and floral notes of Balade Minérale and the silky soft Nederlandse Vanille for a regenerative twist on this sultry cocktail.

• Share 4 Cul Sec Balade Minérale
• 1 part lime juice
• 1 part Nederlandse Vanille
• 1 tablespoon egg white

Preparation:

• Fill a shaker with ice, 3 to 4 cubes
• Add Cul Sec, Nederlandse Vanille, lime juice and egg white (or aqua faba)
• Shake shake shake
• Pour through a strainer or sieve into a martini glass
• Cheers!
