Peer & Gember daiquiri

A daiquiri with an eye for local crops and residual products! High-stem pears from the Betuwe region and ginger that hasn't been deemed fresh enough add fruitiness and spice to this daiquiri. With the (non-)alcoholic kick of Woody Reed Lands!

• Share 3 Woody Reed Lands
• 1 part Dhr. Peer
• 1 part Madame Gember
• 1 part lime juice
• A dash Nederlandse Vanille
• 1 tbsp. cardamom, star anise, allspice, or cinnamon (e.g., from The Good Spice!)

Preparation:

• Pour everything into a shaker with ice, yes, even the herbs!
• Shake hard.
• Double strain and serve!
