Vanilla Sour

Sweet wood tones and warm spices from Woody Reed Lands combined with the soft vanilla of Koppert Cress from the Westland.

• 1 part Nederlandse Vanille syrup
• 1 part Estragon Sour
• Share 2 Woody Reed Lands
• 1 tbsp egg white or aquafaba
• Ice cubes

Preparation:

• Fill a shaker with the above ingredients
• Shake (hard!)
• Pour into a nice glass through a strainer or sieve
