Lady’s Clover Club

No gin and strawberry, but Mineral Pine Forest and Lady Rhubarb. The Fruitslagers This Clover Club cocktail variation takes you to the coast, the pine forest, and the food forest. The Dutch landscape in your glass!

• 1 part Mineral Pine Forest
• 1 part Lady Rhubarb
• 1 part water
• a little egg white or aquafaba
• shaken (first dry, then on ice)

Preparation:

• Place all ingredients in a shaker except the ice cubes
• shake!
• Add ice cubes
• shake!
• Pour into a nice glass through a sieve or strainer
