We are pleased that you would like to order – or have ordered – from us Fruitslagers Shop. With your order, you help us continue making circular, local, and regenerative products at our Food Station. When can I expect my order?

Orders are shipped twice a week, namely on Tuesday en Thursday. Orders placed on Tuesdays and Thursdays before 10:00 am Orders placed with us will be shipped the same day. Unfortunately, we have no control over PostNL's delivery speed, so you may have to wait longer than one business day for delivery. After placing your order, you will receive a track & trace code so you can track your package yourself.

Please note: on December 25, 2025 and January 1, 2026, no orders shipped.

● Can I also collect my order?

That's certainly possible, and we'd even be happy to help. Our store at Voedselstation (Parallelweg West 35, Culemborg) is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. You can choose to pick up your order when placing your order, or you can shop directly in our store.

● How much do I have to order to avoid shipping costs?

For orders within the Netherlands up to €50, you pay the shipping costs yourself. For orders over €50, we'll cover the shipping costs for you.

● Can I, as a business customer, also order from your webshop?

Business customers can place small or one-time orders in our webshop. If you'd like to order more than 12 bottles as a business customer with a Chamber of Commerce number, you can email us at order@fruitslagers. Nl. Email that same address if you want to receive an invoice for your small or one-time order.
