Dirty Martini 

A classic Dirty Martini is made with vodka, vermouth, olive juice, and, of course, an olive on a stick. For such a classic, you are just as happy to use the Nordic Olive: the olive from the Low Countries. Here we'll tell you what this olive has to offer. Prefer a Dirty Martini a la Fruitslagers? You make it like this:

• 120 ml Cul Sec Balade Minérale
• 10 ml Bloesem & Szechuan vinegar

Preparation:

• Put a martini glass in the freezer for an hour.
• Pour the into this Cul Sec and top it off with the Bloesem & Szechuan vinegar
• Garnish with the Nordic Olive
