Daiquiri Szechuan

• 1 part Gekke Bessen syrup
• 1 part Woody Reed Lands
• 1 part lime juice (or berry & oak vinegar)
• 4 parts sparkling water
• A few Szechuan berries

Preparation:

• Shake Gekke Bessen, Woody Reedlands and lime juice on ice
• Strain and pour into a glass
• Finish with 4 parts sparkling water
• Garnish with Szechuan
