Crispy Noordzee Tempeh

Foraged Sambal, a fried, wild, aromatic sambal made from Dutch peppers with flavors from our landscape: tropical sea buckthorn and aromatic pine tops, underpinned by savory tomato and dulse.

• Boonzaak Tempeh
• A dash Noordzee Karamel syrup (or soy)
• A generous scoop of Foraged Sambal
• Crispy seasonal vegetables such as radishes, red chicory, or green celery

Preparation:

• Fry the tempeh until crispy in a layer of oil.
• Deglaze with a splash Noordzee Karamel syrup
• Serve with Foraged Sambal and crispy vegetables
