Bonencreme met duinkaviaar

Serve fresh dune caviar with a creamy bean cream as a dip or on a sandwich. We like to use bean varieties from the Ark of TasteWe soak and boil the beans and let them cool. We then finely grind them with an immersion blender or food processor, adding optionally some roasted garlic, a little oil, pepper, salt, and lemon juice – or wild vinegar as a substitute! Add a splash of water if the cream is too thick. Serve with dune caviar. Enjoy!
