Bloesem szechuan shrub

The floral elderflower and intoxicating Szechuan, both from Voedselbos Haarzuilens, form a perfect duo in your glass! In this shrub, an alcohol-free cocktail based on vinegar, you taste not only the elderflower and Szechuan, but also fresh smoked lime and warm peppers from Woody Reed Lands.

• 1 part Bloesem Power
• 0.5 part Elder & Szechuan vinegar
• 0.5 part Woody Reed Lands (or rum)
• 3 parts sparkling water
• Szechuan from the food forest

Preparation:

• Meng Bloesem Power, Elder & Szechuan vinegar and Woody Reed Lands
• Shake on ice
• Pour through a sieve
• Top off with sparkling water
• Garnish with aromatic Szechuan
