Bitter Bloed Spritz

Accompanied by native bitter herbs and charred oak, the organic brothers of (blood) oranges and grapefruit form a multi-purpose solution. Pour Bitter Bloed for example like this Spritz!

• 1 part Bitter Bloed
• Share 2 Mineral Pine Forest
• Share 2 Cul Sec white
• 4 parts sparkling water

Preparation:

• Take a wine glass or other cocktail glass
• Fill the glass with a handful of ice cubes
• Pour all ingredients into the glass
• Stir briefly!
• Garnish with (blood) orange or (bitter) herbs from the garden
